1. REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - SUMATERA
Requirement:
- At least 10 years experience in the same position within FMCG companies, handling GT and MT as well as managing distributors in Sumatera
- Proven track record of the ability to lead, guide and inspire distributors and their sales teams
- Has been living and working in Sumatera and has good knowledge of Sumatera FMCG markets
2. AREA SALES MANAGER - PEKANBARU
Requirement:
- Min. 3 years experience in the same position within FMCG companies, handling GT and MT as well as managing and working with distributors in Pekanbaru
- Self motivated and result driven
- Preferably has been living and working in Pekanbaru or at least in Sumatera
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS :
- Male or Female, age max 38 years old
- S1 degree in any related field
- Good communication skills in English both oral & written
- Strong leadership, problem solver with good interpersonal skills
- Willing to be located and travel around Sumatera
